Factors Influencing Human Resource Performance in Riau Prison Building Construction Projects in 2021-2022

This study aimed to identify, analyze human resource performance factors in prison building construction projects Riau and provide recommendations find the dominant of Riau. The population this was Public Works Agency (KPU), supervisory consultants, contractors that execute Quantitative method applied study. data collected through questionnaires, while processing carried out by SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). results showed there are 8 factors, such as work ability, environment, discipline, compensation, experience, competence, motivation, loyalty. From processing, 11 new were formed becoming specifically professional responsible factors. These can be seen Total Variance Explained table which show largest percent variance professionalism responsibility with a percentage extraction level is 14.518%. Of most variables from loyal application company rules, ability comply project management regulations, out, able optimally, effectively efficiently, give full time, energy, mind completion work.
